تشرح هذه الصفحة ما تجمعه لعبة «ساحة بارتي» (Saha Party) — التطبيق على iOS وAndroid والموقع sahaparty.com — ولماذا، وماذا نفعل به. باختصار: لا حسابات، لا إعلانات، لا تتبّع، ولا نبيع بيانات أحد.
١. ما يبقى على جهازك فقط
ملفك في اللعبة محفوظ على جهازك ولا يُرفع لأي خادم كما هو: الاسم المستعار الذي تكتبه، الشخصية والأزياء المختارة، الإعدادات (الصوت، الموسيقى، الاهتزاز، اللغة، المنظر)، إحصاءات مبارياتك، ورمز آخر غرفة دخلتها. حذف التطبيق أو بيانات الموقع يحذف هذا كله.
٢. ما يصل لخادم اللعبة عند اللعب مع الآخرين
اللعب ضد البوتات يعمل على جهازك. أما الغرف مع الأصدقاء واللعب أونلاين فيرسلان إلى خادمنا:
- اسمك المستعار وشخصيتك وأزياؤك — يراها اللاعبون الآخرون في الغرفة.
- معرّف عشوائي يولّده جهازك (ليس معرّف الجهاز ولا رقماً إعلانياً) — ليعيدك لمقعدك إن انقطع الاتصال.
- رمز الغرفة وحركاتك أثناء اللعب.
هذه البيانات في ذاكرة الخادم فقط ما دامت الغرفة قائمة، ولا نحفظها في قاعدة بيانات. لا تستخدم اسمك الحقيقي الكامل كاسم مستعار، لأن غيرك في الغرفة يراه.
٣. عنوان IP والدولة
أي اتصال بالإنترنت يكشف عنوان IP. نستخدمه لتشغيل الاتصال ولمنع الإساءة (حدود لعدد الاتصالات والغرف)، في الذاكرة فقط. إن تجاوز عنوانٌ الحدود نسجّل سطراً بالعنوان مقنّعاً (بلا خانته الأخيرة). مزوّدا الاستضافة والشبكة (Railway وCloudflare) يعالجان العنوان لإيصال الاتصال وحمايته، وقد يحفظان سجلات تشغيل قصيرة المدة.
تستنتج Cloudflare دولتك (لا مدينتك ولا موقعك الدقيق) من عنوان IP، ونستخدمها لنعرف هل اللعب الأونلاين العام متاح في منطقتك (خادم اللعبة في أوروبا، والبعيد عنه يلعب بتأخير) ولنعرض اسم دولتك في الرسالة. لا نحفظها ولا نربطها بك.
«🗳️ أبي سيرفر بمنطقتي»: إن ضغطته نحفظ دولتك مع بصمة مشفّرة (hash لا يمكن عكسها) من المعرّف العشوائي لجهازك، كي نعدّ صوتاً واحداً لكل جهاز ونعرف أين نفتح الخادم القادم. تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات لدى Railway في أوروبا، بلا عنوان IP ولا اسم.
٤. «📱 العب على جوالي»
عند استضافة غرفة على جوالك يطلب التطبيق إذن «الشبكة المحلية» ليستقبل أصدقاءك على نفس الواي فاي أو الهوتسبوت. نسجّل في خادمنا رمز الغرفة وعناوين جوالك المحلية (مثل 192.168.x.x) لمدة أقصاها ٦ ساعات، حتى يجد أصدقاؤك الغرفة بالرمز، ثم تُحذف تلقائياً. اللعب نفسه يمرّ بين الأجهزة مباشرة داخل شبكتكم المحلية ولا يمرّ بخادمنا.
٥. المشتريات داخل التطبيق
إن توفرت مشتريات (شخصيات وأزياء)، فالدفع يتم كاملاً عبر Apple أو Google، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أبداً. قد نستخدم خدمة RevenueCat للتحقق من المشتريات واستعادتها، وتتلقى معرّفاً عشوائياً وسجل المشتريات فقط.
٦. ما لا نفعله
- لا حسابات ولا بريد ولا رقم جوال.
- لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع إعلاني ولا معرّف الإعلانات (IDFA/AAID).
- لا موقع جغرافي دقيق (GPS) ولا كاميرا ولا ميكروفون ولا جهات اتصال ولا صور — الدولة فقط من عنوان IP كما في البند ٣.
- لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
٧. الأطفال
اللعبة مناسبة لكل الأعمار ولا تطلب أي معلومات شخصية. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون ١٣ سنة. إن ظننت أن طفلاً أرسل لنا معلومات شخصية، راسلنا ونحذفها.
٨. الأمان ومكان البيانات
الاتصال بخادمنا مشفّر (HTTPS/WSS). خوادم اللعبة في أوروبا، وتمر عبر شبكة Cloudflare العالمية. اللعب المحلي على جوالك يتم داخل شبكتكم المحلية دون تشفير إضافي، فالعب فيه مع من تثق بهم على نفس الشبكة.
٩. حقوقك
لأنه لا حسابات، فبياناتك على جهازك تحت تصرفك: احذف التطبيق أو بياناته متى شئت. بيانات الخادم مؤقتة وتزول وحدها، عدا أصوات المناطق (دولة وبصمة) التي نحتفظ بها لتخطيط الخوادم. لأي سؤال أو طلب (اطلاع، حذف، اعتراض) راسلنا على العنوان أدناه.

إن تغيّرت هذه السياسة ننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه.

This page explains what Saha Party (ساحة بارتي) — the iOS and Android app and the website sahaparty.com — collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and we never sell anyone's data.
1. What stays on your device
Your game profile is stored on your device and is not uploaded as such: the nickname you type, your chosen character and outfits, settings (sound, music, vibration, language, camera), your match stats, and the code of the last room you joined. Deleting the app or the site's data removes all of it.
2. What reaches the game server when you play with others
Playing against bots runs on your device. Friend rooms and online play send our server:
- Your nickname, character and outfits — shown to the other players in the room.
- A random ID generated by your device (not a device or advertising ID) — so you get your seat back if the connection drops.
- The room code and your in-game moves.
This data lives only in the server's memory while the room exists; we do not keep it in a database. Don't use your full real name as a nickname, since others in the room can see it.
3. IP address and country
Any internet connection reveals an IP address. We use it to run the connection and to prevent abuse (limits on connections and rooms), in memory only. If an address hits those limits we log one line with the address masked (last part removed). Our hosting and network providers (Railway and Cloudflare) process the address to deliver and protect the connection and may keep short-lived operational logs.
Cloudflare derives your country (not your city or precise location) from the IP address. We use it to decide whether public online play is available in your region (the game server is in Europe, and far-away players would lag) and to show your country's name in that message. We don't store it or link it to you.
“🗳️ I Want a Server Here”: if you tap it, we store your country together with a one-way hash of your device's random ID, so each device counts once and we know where to open the next server. It is kept in a database at Railway in Europe, with no IP address and no name.
4. “📱 Host on My Phone”
When you host a room on your phone, the app asks for Local Network permission so friends on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot can join. Our server stores the room code and your phone's local addresses (such as 192.168.x.x) for at most 6 hours so friends can find the room by its code; then they are deleted automatically. The game itself flows directly between devices on your local network, not through our server.
5. In-app purchases
If purchases (characters and outfits) are offered, payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card details. We may use RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases; it receives only a random ID and your purchase history.
6. What we don't do
- No accounts, email or phone number.
- No ads, no ad tracking, no advertising ID (IDFA/AAID).
- No precise location (GPS), camera, microphone, contacts or photos — only the country from your IP address, as in section 3.
- We don't sell data or share it with advertisers.
7. Children
The game is suitable for all ages and asks for no personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security and where data is processed
Connections to our server are encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). Game servers are in Europe and are reached through Cloudflare's global network. Local play on your phone runs inside your local network without extra encryption, so play it with people you trust on the same network.
9. Your rights
Because there are no accounts, the data on your device is yours to control: delete the app or its data at any time. Server data is temporary and expires on its own, except region votes (country and hash), which we keep to plan servers. For any question or request (access, deletion, objection), contact us at the address below.

If this policy changes we will publish the new version here and update the date above.
